Technical overview

Rotary dust & debris precipitator is mainly used to separate floating and sedimentary impurities that flow into the drainage pumping station, relay pumping station, power plant cooling water, and water intaking station, and remove them after lifting, so that the pump can be operated stably. It is a device to protect doing such operation safely.

Features

In case of getting matters caught in the screen during operation of the dust & debris precipitator, it rotates individually with the elastic force of the rear part of the rake to protect the driving part and equipment.
After securing space by moving the front screen, it is easy to remove the soil and debris deposited under the dust & debris precipitator.
The operation method is easy and simple, and it is most suitable for the rainwater pumping station.
Unmanned automated operation possible by remote control device connecting with the pump.
The main part of the dust & debris precipitator is located above the water level, so maintenance is easy.
Easy individual replacement in case of damage to the individual reverse-rotating device of the rake or the movable front screen.
Remote operation control and monitoring possible with PC or smartphone.

1 Individual reverse-rotation of rake
